ABOUT
Joseph Pilates was a trailblazer. Someone who was on a mission to help people connect to their body and mind. He created Pilates - a series of exercises that can be done on the mat and also on the equipment that he created throughout his life. We are focusing on Classical Mat Pilates here at Soul & Steady. No equipment. Just your body and your focus. Joseph Pilates called his style Contrology. There is a deep emphasis on connecting the mind and controlling the movements. Be prepared to work. This is a workout!

Mondays 9 am
45 minutes open level mat class
Thursdays 12 pm
35 minutes open level mat class. Ideal for those working from home and needing a workout.
