When I graduated from my first teacher training in 2010, I worked with Kay Kay Clivio for months on building confidence in my voice, teaching style and sequences. Kay Kay showed me how pull up my own strength and stand tall in my yoga classes.
A few years later, I dived into meditation and Yoga Nidra and I knew I needed a guide to help me. I took a mentorship with Yogi Charu and it changed my life. He taught me how to teach meditation.
Mentorships are built on trust and respect. I’ve been mentoring yoga teachers for years and with every person I work with, we both grow and evolve.
